The cuisine staff is headed by a well qualified, trained and highly experienced chef with global exposure over 5 years. Apart from traditional Kerala dishes, the guests can enjoy north Indian, south Indian, Mughlai, Continental, Italian, Chinese, and Seafood tastes as per individual requirements.

There are 2 restaurants in the resort – The open sided restaurant, overlooking the beauty of the Backwater is perfect for breakfast and lunch. Evening, the air conditioned lagoon facing restaurant is open for for the guests.
Alternatively, for those special romantic celebrations, the resort can provide candlelight suppers on the lawn overlooking the lake – insects are not a problem as the resort operates a daily pest control programme.
All meals are offered as buffet style. An a La Carte menu is also available offering a variety of local Kerala dishes, north Indian dishes, Chinese and international cuisine |
